Rossina Kruger has Niuean and NZ European backgrounds and grew up in Mangere East in South Auckland. She is from the village of Lakepa in Niue.
One of her earlier jobs was working for another health organisation which instilled in her a desire to adopt a healthier lifestyle not only for herself but also for her family.

Who Inspires you?
“Strong Pasifika women remind me that anything is possible. Most come from humble beginnings and yet they make the most of every opportunity with a lot of blood, sweat and tears – that, to me, is inspirational and makes me want to follow in their footsteps.”
What is your current role?
“I am a Communications Coordinator which means I help with support for the communications team, but I also get to design materials as a support for our Information Designer.”

“I don’t like holding money … which explains why I never have any!”
