Papatoetoe Food Hub in Australian report on local government

An Australian report looking into the system of local government has done a case study on the Papatoetoe Food Hub, an initiative originally created by Healthy Families South Auckland.

The Future of Local Government Review is a report commissioned by the Tasmanian State Government. The review is looking to ensure their system of local government is robust, capable, and ready for the challenges and opportunities of the future.

The case study has looked at the lessons and insights of the Papatoetoe Food Hub, as well as the impact of teams like Healthy Families South Auckland and The Southern Initiative operating inside local government.

Healthy Families South Auckland and The Southern Initiative have been supporting the Food Hub since its inception with strategic and systems thinking and as a close partner of the kaupapa.
